The accessibility requirements are derived from the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA.

The website is partially compliant with the requirements of WCAG 2.1 (Level AA).

3. Barriers due to disproportionate burden

Some barriers on our website cannot be resolved in the short term for reasons of disproportionate burden. These include:

• Complex interactive features: Certain interactive features and specific functions on our website require significant financial and personnel resources to make them fully accessible. We continuously review options for improvement, but due to the high costs involved we cannot eliminate every barrier immediately.
• Legacy content: Older content created before the BFSG came into force may not be fully accessible. Retroactively adapting this content would require a disproportionately high level of effort. New content is created in line with current standards.
